Throughout the evening, Chef Zach shares the inspiration behind each dish, the ingredients that bring it to life, and the techniques used to create a truly memorable dining experience. With intentionally limited seating, every guest enjoys a relaxed, personal atmosphere unlike traditional restaurant dining.

Your experience begins with check-in at The Stanford Inn at 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 18^th, giving you time to settle into your room, explore the property, or unwind before gathering in The Loft at 6:00 pm for an evening of exceptional food, conversation, and hospitality. After a restful overnight stay, enjoy fresh pastries and coffee the following morning before a leisurely checkout.
